Describe the kind of person you would like to meet in everyday language. Joon uses your request and available profile information to help surface relevant people. You remain in control of who you like or contact.

Simmer gives you a place to revisit profiles you are not ready to decide on. It is designed to make discovery feel less rushed.

Open Joon and go to Settings → Account. Pausing temporarily hides your profile. Deleting your account is permanent and begins removal of your account data.

Open the person’s profile or conversation and choose Report or Block from the options menu. Blocking prevents further contact. Include useful context when reporting so the team can review it.

Joon uses profile and photo review systems to support authentic participation and enforce community standards. If you see something concerning, please report it in the app.

Joon offers weekly, monthly, and annual premium options. Current pricing and included benefits are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.

Subscriptions are managed by the store where you purchased them. On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Force close Joon, check your internet connection, update the app, and restart your device. If the issue continues, message us with your device model, operating-system version, and what happened before the problem.

Check that location access is enabled, your profile is active, and your age and distance preferences are not overly narrow. Expanding preferences can reveal more people.
